Novum looks at things rather more differently than you would expect.

Novum's viewpoint is that prospective customers have a problem which needs solving. This means that standard answers are rarely good enough. By viewing our customer's problem from a bird's eye perspective, Novum observes what happens before and after the problem.

For Novum knows that a problem never stands on its own. Novum will only give advice when the full picture is clear, and that advice which will then be discussed by the customer together with the Novum staff. Novum can be said to sell systems instead of machines.

After having installed the machinery Novum keeps its customer informed about the latest developments. It is important for Novum that its customers do well financially, now and in the future.

This customer commitment is expressed in regular visits. For Novum personal contact is the only basis for a long-term business relationship.
